Ordering Portraits
How long after I order my portraits is my order ready to pick up?- Turn around time is 2-3 weeks after the order is placed and atleast 1/2 paid.
What is a proof?
- A proof is an un-retouched 4×6 print from your session.
What is the difference between Elite and Old Masters's finish?
- Elite Finish is a very nice product. The Elite Portrait is printed to exact specifications and protected with a durable finish. This finish reduces glare and UV exposure, hides fingerprints and dust, and stands the test of time. Wall portraits are mounted onto a durable artboard, and desk prints 8×10 and smaller include photographic folders. Old Masters Finish is the finest finish available. The final product has the appearance of an Old Masters painting. These portraits are made to Steph’s exact specifications, mounted onto a durable artboard, and protected with a coating of acrylic. Whether you choose the canvas texture or artistic brush texture, the end result is truly stunning. The Old Masters Portrait Series includes a Lifetime guarantee.
Can I get my portraits online so my family can see and order them?
- Yes! We have an online ordering option for you. Let us know that you will need to do so and we can fix you up.
Types of Portraits
Do you take photos of pets?- Yes, we do! Fur babies are always welcome at the studio. Whether it be for a portrait of them, with you or with a family. They are photographed on the same price list as Children.
Do you take portraits on location?
- Yes, we love to travel. Whether it be to the city park or the location of your choice. Mileage will apply to locations outside the Alliance area.
Do you take business head & shoulder portraits?
- Yes, we do. Digital files for this service are available with the session.

How should I dress for my portrait?
- Clothing is an expression of who you are! Don’t go out of your way to dress different from what you normally do. Steph will say when asked that solid or plain patterns photograph better than bold patterns. Also, having a cohesive color theme to a family/group photo will help the faces stand out. How large of a family group can you photograph?
- We have a new camera room that is 23 feet x 60 feet. Larger groups are our specialty! Bring them in, the more the merrier! Please let us know how many to expect when booking your session.

- Yes, we do. Digital files for this service are available with the session.

Can I just get a CD of my images?- We pride ourselves in being a “Full Service Portrait Studio” We would like to be a part of your portrait experience from beginning to end. From photographing your session to viewing the portraits to assisting you with your order to editing the images to printing your images to framing your portrait to helping scrapbook your memories to archiving your images for future reference. Here for ANY QUESTIONS you have. Our policy is not to just hand you a disc of digital files. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist you with. After the portrait process is over we are more than happy to discuss the cost of digital files.
Passport Photos
Do you take Passport photos?- Yes, we do!
Can I get my Passport photos right away?
- We offer a service to be able to take it with you right after your appointment (about 5-10 min) with 2 prints or wait 4 days and get 4 prints.
How much is it to get a Passport photo taken?
- 15.00 for the first person and $10 for each additional at the same appointment.
Do I need an appointment for a Passport photo?

How do I dress for a Passport photo?
- Passport guidelines say normal street attire with no uniforms.
